Successful RFID integration results from attaining customer defined performance goals by testing before, during, and after deployment of the pilot project. Ship2Save testing facilities house a 25,000 sq-ft RFID ready warehouse and laboratory that are able to provide Proof-Of-Concept deployments in-house.

As our engineers design, configure and validate each RFID solution without disrupting client operations, the risks involved in deploying an RFID project are greatly minimized. In addition, with RFID products and testing equipment from leading manufacturers at our disposal, we provide RFID testing expertise at a fraction of the cost of setting up RFID pilot projects from scratch. Although the concept of RFID technology is straightforward, correctly implementing it depends on controlling a wide range of materials, components and variables, including: RFID label positioning, its application, and its verification.

Time and costs of RFID simulations and testing depend on certain limiting factors and client requirements, including:
 The number of products to be tested;
 The amount of metallic and/or liquid content in the goods and/or its packaging;
 The degree of desired RFID performance;
 The number of scenarios to be simulated;
 Other variables that would most affect the client's RFID integration model.

The deliverable for testing is a testing and simulation report consisting of a summary of various component testing results in accordance to customer requirements.
